Immigration and Family Solicitor 3yrs PQE + Croydon Our Client are looking for an experienced Immigration & Family Solicitor to join there Croydon office. This role requires expertise in both immigration and family law matters and offers a competitive salary. Key Responsibilities:
Managing a mixed caseload of immigration and family law matters. Advising clients on immigration applications, appeals, and judicial reviews. Handling family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and financial settlements. Representing clients at hearings and court proceedings. Drafting legal documents and liaising with courts, Home Office, and relevant authorities.
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor with experience in Immigration and Family Law. Strong advocacy and case management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced legal environment. Excellent client communication and legal drafting skills.
