iO Associates are looking for an experienced IFS consultant who can take ownership, guide clients, and shape best-practice service solutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead Service & Maintenance streams across IFS implementations
• Run workshops with service, engineering, and ops teams
• Design best-practice IFS Service/Maintenance solutions
• Support pre-sales and collaborate across technical/functional teams
• Mentor junior consultants and act as a trusted client advisor

What You Bring

• Multiple IFS implementations under your belt (Service/Maintenance/FSM)
• Strong functional knowledge of Work Orders, PM, Service Contracts, FSM
• Experience in field service or asset-heavy environments
• Confident communicator, strong ownership, delivery-focused
• IFS Cloud and consultancy/partner experience a bonus
