Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist

Ricoh is currently recruiting for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist to join our EMEA IT team. This position plays a critical role in safeguarding the organisation's digital identity framework. The role involves ensuring secure, appropriate, and compliant access to systems and data, defending against threats, and managing the identity lifecycle, access policies, and maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and availability of user access across the enterprise.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Manage provisioning and de-provisioning of access rights in line with policies and standards.
  2. Maintain and enhance IAM tools, including RBAC, SSO, MFA, and PAM.
  3. Conduct access reviews and recertifications for compliance.
  4. Identify and respond to IAM-related risks and incidents.
  5. Develop and maintain documentation related to access management.
  6. Ensure onboarding and offboarding processes comply with policies.
  7. Provide technical expertise during projects and audits.
  8. Identify opportunities for process automation and improvements.
  9. Manage user accounts, permissions, and group memberships.
  10. Perform daily IAM operations and handle service requests.
  11. Conduct audit logging and reporting activities.
  12. Implement access control policies aligned with governance standards.
  13. Design workflows for joiners, movers, and leavers.
  14. Maintain compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR.
  15. Support zero-trust security models and defence-in-depth strategies.
  16. Evaluate complex access scenarios and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  17. Understand integration with federated identity providers and cloud IAM frameworks (e.g., Azure AD, AWS IAM).
