Role Overview The Clinical Delivery team are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Integrated Contact Centre (ICC) as a Clinical Delivery Team Manager. The role will provide 24‑hour cover across Clinical Delivery within the NWAS ICC footprint and will require travel across all ICC sites to provide presence and support as needed. Key Responsibilities
Provide visible leadership to a multi‑disciplinary team and coach staff to deliver the Trust’s strategies and values. Adapt quickly to current ICC policies, procedures and systems and support an expanding workforce through change. Ensure the team has access to education and support to meet Trust targets and expectations. Manage team wellbeing, including development and education, sickness and absence management, and monthly 1‑2‑1 meetings. Deliver KPI’s and guide staff through Performance Management Plans as required. Travel across all ICC sites to provide presence and support across the NWAS ICC footprint.
