Hygiene Supervisor - Nights Full time, permanent contract Brompton on Swale £32,000 per annum We are currently recruiting for a Hygiene Supervisor for our food manufacturer client in the Brompton on Swale area. This is permanent opportunity for someone with previous experience leading a team to join a well-established organisation of over 40 years. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of environmental and equipment hygiene What you'll be doing - Provide leadership and management for the site hygiene tea, ensuring a safe and hygienic working environment Drive a health and safety culture within the department. Ensure that cleaning procedures are written and in place for all cleaning tasks. Ensure that the Hygiene Operatives have sufficient training to ensure that they clean to the required standard and in a safe manner. Ensure that all relevant paperwork and documentation is in place and completed in a timely manner Inspect finished cleaning standards and ensure corrective actions are completed.
