What you will be doing: As the Hygiene Shift Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining site-wide hygiene standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. From managing training and compliance documents to collaborating with engineering, you'll be the driving force behind a safe, efficient, and audit-ready hygiene department. Keep all CICs and Risk Assessments up to date, accurate, and accessibleCreate and roll out new hygiene procedures for equipment and process changesDeliver hands-on training across all shifts in line with the department matrixMaintain training packs, monitor refresher timelines, and support skill growthWork closely with Engineering to schedule and maintain cleaning equipmentAttend weekly planning meetings to align hygiene schedules with site activityAssist the Hygiene Manager with innovation and improvement projects across the site What we need from you: Proven experience in a hygiene supervisory role within a food manufacturing environmentStrong working knowledge of HACCP, COSHH, and food safety standardsExceptional communication and team leadership skillsConfidence in training, coaching, and performance monitoringAbility to manage documentation and compliance with precision and accountabilityFlexibility to support shift training and cross-functional coordination Why Join Us?
