Job Role

To ensure that hygiene operatives working in the area are following the correct procedures so that all microbiological, physical, chemical and allergen contamination is removed from equipment which has been cleaned.

Key responsibilities Supervise the hygiene operatives working in the area to ensure following the correct procedures during hygiene tasks and the required hygiene standards are matched or exceeded. Inspecting the finished standards of equipment on completion of hygiene tasks. Completing of required paperwork to ensure compliance with external customer codes of practice.
