Hygiene Lead Peterborough, UK Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Hygiene Lead will oversee all hygiene activities at McCormick Peterborough facility, ensuring compliance with quality, food safety, and operational standards. The role is responsible for developing, validating, and implementing sanitation procedures (including SOPs, CIP methods, and chemical selection) and delivering related training.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Manages CIP (Cleaning in Place) process, responsible for CIP optimalisation, lead improvements programmes related to cleaning in place.
