Hydraulic Attachments Fitter Location: Manchester Reporting To: Workshop Manager / Depot Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Hydraulic Attachments Fitter to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of hydraulic attachments used on heavy machinery and construction equipment. This role will also involve delivering and collecting equipment, as well as attaching and detaching hydraulic attachments on-site. Key Responsibilities Deliver and collect machinery and attachments as requiredInstall, assemble, and fit hydraulic attachments to heavy equipmentCarry out PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) to ensure machines and attachments are fit for purposePerform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on hydraulic systemsDiagnose faults and carry out efficient repairsEnsure all hydraulic components meet safety and quality standardsMaintain accurate service records and documentationWork collaboratively with engineering teams to optimise performanceComply with all health and safety regulations at all times Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in hydraulic systems, fitting, and maintenanceStrong understanding of hydraulic schematics and technical drawingsExcellent problem-solving ability and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong verbal and written communication skillsFull UK driving licence Desirable Skills Experience working with construction or agricultural machineryCertification in hydraulic safety and maintenance Working Conditions Combination of workshop and on-site workInvolves manual handling and working in confined spacesMay require occasional overtime and travelJBRP1_UKTJ
