Key Responsibilities: Lead shift operations and ensure completion of both planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
Own and manage the campus emergency lighting maintenance and testing schedules.
Survey, quote, and deliver minor electrical works on-site.
Support the delivery of high-quality service aligned to best practice standards and client expectations.
Ensure all maintenance work is carried out in compliance with health and safety procedures and safe systems of work.
Provide technical guidance and supervision for sub-contractors and internal engineers.
