Manage and oversee all aspects of HVAC service operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and quality control. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HVAC technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. Ensure timely and efficient completion of service calls, preventive maintenance, and installations. Monitor service performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem resolution, and proactive service. Develop and implement training programs to enhance the technical skills and safety practices of the service team. Manage inventory of parts and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effective procurement. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Prepare and present reports on service department performance to senior management.
