Essential Functions for Commercial HVAC Service Technician :

Provide preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment

Essential Functions for Residential HVAC Service Technician:

Troubleshoot and repair residential heat pumps, gas furnaces, air conditioners, water heaters, control systems, and accessories

Qualifications and Requirements HVAC Service Technicians:

Applicants must be at least 21 years of Understand basic HVAC components, controls, airflow, and static pressure (Residential HVAC Tech) Excellent proficiency in air flow diagnostics, refrigerant leak detection, and electrical troubleshooting (Commercial HVAC Tech) Strong client service and communication skills Exposure to major brands of equipment High school diploma or equivalent Understand the use of flat rate service pricing and repair estimating Able to work irregular and extended hours Ability to pass background screen, drug screen, and clean MVR
