HVAC Service & Maintenance Engineer
West Midlands
We are seeking an experienced, skilled and reliable HVAC Service & Maintenance Engineer to join our client in the West Midlands. As a HVAC Service & Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heating, ventilation, plumbing and air conditioning systems across commercial projects. This is an exciting time to join our client as they are an exceptional and open-minded client who pride its employees as their no 1 asset.
My client is also willing to offer this role to someone with a minimum of 1 years experience as well as an experienced candidate
HVAC Service & Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities:
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on HVAC and plumbing systems.
* Diagnose faults and perform repairs on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.
* Service equipment including air conditioning units, heat pumps, ventilation systems, and associated controls.
* Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health & safety regulations and industry standards.
* Complete service reports, maintenance records, and job documentation.
Experience Required
* Proven experience working as a HVAC service or maintenance engineer.
work independently while delivering high standards of customer service.
* Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, refrigeration and ventilation equipment.
* Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults.
* F-Gas Certification
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration / HVAC / Building Services Engineering (or equivalent)
* Valid UK Driving Licence
Salary / Benefits
* £34,000 - £37,000
