True are partnering with a specialist mechanical design & installation contractor delivering high-quality projects across the West Midlands. Operating from a modern, barn-converted office near Nuneaton, they’re now looking to appoint a HVAC Project Manager to support their continued growth and expanding workload.\n\nAs HVAC Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of multiple live projects at any one time, typically 2 to 5, covering a broad range of mechanical installations including air conditioning, ventilation, chiller changeovers, pipework, plumbing, CAT B fit-outs, and building services upgrades. Project values range from £5K up to £3M, offering a mix of fast-turnaround and more complex delivery.\n\nThis is not a role that requires staying away or constant site presence.

You’ll be based predominantly in the office, carrying out weekly site visits across the West Midlands to check progress, meet engineers, and ensure quality.
