Job Details:

• Pay: Up to £50,000 per annum
• Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
• Duration: Permanent

Job Role: As a HVAC Mechanical Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for HVAC projects. You will review project plans, specifications, and other documentation to develop detailed costings for HVAC and mechanical systems. The role requires collaboration with design teams to optimise system performance and cost-efficiency, analysing supplier and subcontractor quotes, and presenting bid packages. Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems
• HND / HNC or Bachelor's degree in HVAC mechanical services or a related field preferred

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

• Proficiency in estimating software and spreadsheets
• Familiarity with HVAC design software
• Strong knowledge of mechanical codes, standards, and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents
