HVAC Mechanical Estimator (with Design Experience)\nLocation: Nottingham (Office-Based)\nSalary: £40,000–£50,000 + Car + Phone + Laptop + Pension + Bonus\nType: Full-Time | Immediate Start\n\nA leading Midlands M&E Design & Build Contractor is expanding and looking for an experienced HVAC Mechanical Estimator with some design capability to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across varied commercial and industrial projects, within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.\n\nThe Role\n\n * \n\n Produce accurate and competitive cost estimates for HVAC and mechanical D&B projects\n\n * \n\n Review drawings, specifications and carry out detailed take-offs\n\n * \n\n Work with design teams to optimise solutions for cost and performance\n\n * \n\n Assess supplier/subcontractor quotations and prepare bid packages\n\n * \n\n Support project managers and engineers to ensure estimates align with delivery plans\n\nWhat You’ll Need\n\n * \n\n 7+ years’ experience in HVAC/mechanical estimating\n\n * \n\n Strong understanding of HVAC systems and design principles\n\n * \n\n Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications\n\n * \n\n Proficiency with estimating software/spreadsheets\n\n * \n\n HVAC design software knowledge (desirable)\n\n * \n\n Strong communication and problem-solving skills\n\nWhat’s on Offer\n\n * \n\n £40k–£50k salary (DOE)\n\n * \n\n Company car, phone, laptop & bonus scheme\n\n * \n\n Career development and progression opportunities\n\n * \n\n Supportive, collaborative team environment\n\n * \n\n Opportunity to work on diverse and rewarding projects
