Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Engineer required to undertake reactive and planned maintenance. To Carry out reactive and planned maintenance on all M&E assets across site.
* Salary - £37,000 - £44,000
* Location - London Distribution Park, Windrush Rd
* Hours - 08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
* Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
* Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot system issues effectively.
* To carry out mechanical remedial works.
* To attend and rectify mechanical faults.
* To carry out planned maintenance in accordance with the company's PPM and task schedules.
* Undertake PPM activity in a quality, professional manner.
* Production of technical and situational reports as required.
* Proactively use the technology systems given to you so that the Company can be always compliant with its contractual obligations.
* To always communicate clearly and effectively with the rest of the team and clients.
Qualifications/Experience
* Full UK Driving License
* Clear DBS
* City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 HAVC/Air conditioning
* City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 Plumbing
* Hot Water Systems and Safety Course G3 (Part G3 Building Regulations)
* Water regs & L8
* PASMA
* IPAF
