Mottram, Greater Manchester £40,000 £45,000 (depending on experience) Monday to Friday, 8:00am 4:00pm 1 in 4 call-out rota The Role An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HVAC Engineer to join a well-established and growing business delivering high-quality building services across the commercial sector. This is a service and maintenance-focused role, where youll be responsible for ensuring HVAC systems are operating efficiently across a range of client sites. The role is predominantly HVAC, with around 90% mechanical/HVAC work and 10% air conditioning. Key Responsibilities Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on HVAC systems Diagnosing and repairing faults across heating, ventilation, and associated plant Minor works and reactive maintenance when required Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards Providing excellent customer service on client sites What Were Looking For Proven experience working as an HVAC Engineer within the commercial sector ...
