- Mobile (Van) Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm Job Overview My clients are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Engineer to join the team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Building Service Maintenance, with specific expertise in AHU Servicing.

This role requires a full UK driver's license and 3-5 years of relevant work experience.

Key Responsibilities Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and servicing of Air Handling Units in various commercial and industrial settings Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with AHU systems, including mechanical, electrical, and control components Carry out repairs, replacements, and upgrades to AHU equipment as necessary Conduct performance testing and optimization of AHU systems to ensure maximum efficiency Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life Collaborate with other building service professionals to integrate AHU systems with overall HVAC and building management systems Maintain accurate xbpsjku records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as industry standards and best practices Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members and clients Stay updated on the latest AHU technologies and industry developments
