HVAC Service Engineer
London & Home Counties (Field-Based)
£48,000 - £55,000 + Overtime & Call-Out (OTE £60k+)
Company Van + Fuel Card | Paid Travel Time | 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
The Opportunity
We're working with a well-established and growing building services contractor who are expanding their London team. They're looking for an experienced HVAC Service Engineer to join their business, supporting a varied portfolio of commercial and industrial sites.

What You'll Be Doing
Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of HVAC systems
Diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration faults
Working on equipment including:
Split & multi-split systems
VRV / VRF systems
AHUs, FCUs & ventilation systems
Heat pumps and chillers (where applicable)
Performing leak detection, pressure testing, evacuation, and system recharging
Completing service reports and ensuring F-Gas compliance
Liaising with clients and internal teams to deliver a high standard of service
Participating in an on-call rota (typically 1 in 6 - 1 in 8)
What We're Looking For
Essential:
Minimum 3 years' experience as an HVAC / AC Service Engineer
F-Gas Category 1
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Solid understanding of HVAC electrical & mechanical systems
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work independently across multiple sitesDesirable:
NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
Experience with chillers, heat pumps, or ventilation
18th Edition (BS7671)
IPAF / PASMA
