Job Title: HVAC Commissioning Engineer
Location: Warrington, Lancashire
Salary/Benefits: £28k - £50k + Training & Benefits
Our client is a leading name within the Building Services industry, who are seeking a HVAC Commissioning Engineer to cover recently won client contracts. You will be working on commercial, industrial and public sector client sites, so previous experience would be . You must be able to demonstrate strong hands-on experience and must be fully conversant in CIBSE guidelines. You will be travelling across: Warrington, Runcorn, Altrincham, Eccles, Stockport, Wilmslow, Knutsford, Winsford, Crewe, Chester, Ellesmere Port, Widnes, St Helens, Prescot, Wigan, Liverpool, Birkenhead, Bootle, Crosby, Formby, Southport, Chorley, Bolton, Rochdale, Oldham, Stalybridge, Skelmersdale, Ormskirk, Ashton-in-Makerfield.
Experience / Qualifications:
- Experience working as a HVAC Commissioning Engineer, within a reputable outfit
- Fully conversant in CIBSE guidelines
- It would support applications to hold CSA Grades
- Ideally, you will hold a current CSCS card
- Proficient in using IT software
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Flexible to travel as required
The Role:
- Conducting commissioning and validation on HVAC and water systems on a range of client sites
- Balancing on LTHW, chilled and process water systems
- Evaluating the performance of systems and making recommendations to rectify / improve
- Completing auditing of AHUs
- Collating details to complete service reports
- Maintaining strong industry technical knowledge
- Working to agreed deadlines and personal targets
- Building a strong rapport with clients
- Being a key point of contact for clients
