Purpose To lead and grow the HV business, ensuring project delivery, client satisfaction, and a continuous pipeline of work while maintaining safety, quality, and profitability. Key Responsibilities
Lead HV operations, ensuring safety and compliance with company standards Define project scope, allocate resources, and implement project controls Identify and develop new HV business opportunities, prepare quotations, and deliver tenders Coach staff, set goals, and support the Operations Manager
Qualifications & Experience
Strong HV engineering knowledge and commercial understanding Minimum 5 years’ experience managing an engineering business Higher qualification in Electrical Engineering is desirable IOSH / SMSTS or equivalent health & safety qualification
