Position:Huntingtons Disease Specialist Nurse

Location:Across all Exemplar Health Care homes, national role

Contract type: 40 hours per week, predominately Monday to Friday but must be flexible

Rate:£57,000 per annum, plus £3,000 car allowance

As a key member of our Clinical Team, youll work closely with our Clinical Director, to play a central role in elevating the standard of care for people living with Huntingtons Disease (HD) across our homes.

About the role

As a Huntingtons Disease Specialist Nurse with Exemplar Health Care, youll act in a proactive manner to support our homes to provide and our care via a systematic, coordinated and coaching approach.

About you

Above all, youre someone who identifies with our Exemplar Health Care values of fun, integrity, responsiveness, success and teamwork.

You must also have a first-level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN.

As this is a high level, strategic role, you should have a minimum of two years experience in a specialist nurse role and extensive experience and knowledge of Huntingtons Disease.
