Use proactive behaviour management to ensure a focused and respectful learning environment. Provide intensive support and revision techniques for Year 11 students approaching GCSEs. Regularly mark work and use data to identify and support students who are falling behind. Contribute to the creation of innovative resources that reflect the diverse culture of Liverpool.
