WeDoData is a specialist recruitment company that focuses on non-teaching support in the education sector.I am working with a great further education client of ours in London who are looking to recruit a full time, permanent HR Policy Advisor.Ideally, they need someone who can support the developmentroll out of HR/ People policies that ensure compliance with legislative requirements and best practices.You will collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to conduct compliance audits and will also provide guidance on policy-related matters to staff across the collegeThis will suit somebody with previous HR operations and HR Policy development experience.Salary is between £38,000 - £40,000 plus 29 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and access to a local government pension.
