Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop a team of two HR Coordinators, providing coaching, oversight, and ongoing support. Manage the delivery and continuous improvement of HR Systems, Payroll, and HR Administration processes. Act as first-line support for HR queries from managers and employees, ensuring timely and accurate guidance on policies, systems, and processes. Oversee the monthly payroll cycle in partnership with finance and external payroll providers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
