HR Manager / Senior HR Manager – 12 Month FTC

Are you a commercially minded HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment?

We are partnering with a growing business seeking an experienced HR Manager / Senior HR Manager to take ownership of the HR agenda across EMEA and APAC. This is a broad, hands-on role with real scope, covering HR operations, employee relations, compliance, talent, performance management, and HR projects across multiple jurisdictions.

This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys balancing strategic oversight with operational delivery and is confident building trusted relationships at all levels of the organisation.


The Role

You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency, compliance, and effectiveness of daily HR activity across the region, while helping to drive a high-performing and well-supported employee experience.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing and optimising day-to-day HR processes across EMEA and APAC
  • Managing and maintaining HR systems, including Workday, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, privacy, and security
  • Ensuring compliance with local labour laws, regulations, and internal HR policies across multiple jurisdictions
  • Creating, reviewing, and updating HR policies and procedures
  • Acting as a key point of escalation for employee relations matters, absence management, and performance issues
  • Supporting performance review cycles, goal setting, and talent review processes
  • Managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding
  • Driving talent and recruitment strategy to attract and retain high-calibre talent
  • Leading and coordinating HR projects and initiatives aligned to business priorities
  • Managing HR vendors and external partners
  • Supporting employee engagement initiatives and helping to foster a positive, high-performance culture
  • Building strong, credible relationships with stakeholders across the business


What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience within a global or European HR function
  • Strong generalist HR background with exposure across operations, ER, performance, compliance, and talent
  • Experience working across multiple jurisdictions, ideally within EMEA and/or APAC
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practice, employment law, and policy development
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms, ideally Workday, alongside strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making capability
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • A proactive, self-starting approach with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and drive change
  • A flexible, hands-on, and commercially aware mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
