About the Role: Reporting into the HR Systems Lead, this role will be responsible for the day-to-day management, configuration, and optimisation of the SAP SuccessFactors system. You’ll play a key role in system maintenance, setting up performance review cycles, supporting and coaching managers on system use, maintaining workflows, and more.
