You will implement scalable approaches to local people issues, advise HRBPs and managers globally, and transition transactional activities to the Shared Service Centre to focus on strategic partnering.
This position is strategic and hands-on, influencing decisions early, staying close to employees, and supporting managers directly. You will also manage an EMEA Benefits Advisor. Office attendance is required at least three days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise leaders on people, talent, and organisational matters to enable well-informed decisions.
- Guide workforce planning, succession, team capability, and leadership effectiveness.
- Use market and data insights, including AI trends, to inform people and organisation plans.
- Partner on organisation design and coach leaders on performance, engagement, and wellbeing.
- Provide hands-on HR support and address emerging issues effectively.
- Identify risks such as performance gaps or attrition and make actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with global HRBP teams, HR Centres of Excellence, and Shared Service Centres to ensure consistency and streamline work.
- Serve as the EMEA expert on employment law, employee relations, and cultural nuances.
- Maintain competitive and compliant EMEA-wide people policies and benefits.
Skills & Experience
- Experienced HRBP with a strong generalist background and expertise in EMEA labour laws, employee relations, and cultural nuances.
- Commercially minded and able to link people plans to business needs.
- Data-driven and able to influence decisions with insights.
- Clear communicator, trusted by leaders at all levels.
- Comfortable constructively challenging leaders and making pragmatic decisions.
- Hands-on, practical, and focused on creating a supportive, high-performing environment.
Success Measures
- Leaders involve you early and rely on your judgment.
- People priorities are aligned with business goals and deliver results.
- Organisation design strengthens capability and reduces attrition risks.
- Leaders manage performance and engagement confidently.
- You shape the success of the Sales organisation and develop strong HR leadership within the region.
