Our client is a multi-brand hospitality business, and they are currently seeking an experienced, ambitious HR professional to step into a key leadership role as HR Director on a fixed-term contract.


This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic and driven individual who is ready to take their first step into a lead HR role. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will lead a team of five and play an integral role in shaping the future of the business through robust workforce planning, safeguarding, and resource management.


The role:

This is a senior leadership position overseeing both operational and head office functions. HR is deeply embedded in the company’s culture and is considered a true partner to all areas of the business. Your work will directly support the delivery of exceptional service and help ensure long-term organisational success.

  • Strategic workforce and resource planning
  • Safeguarding and risk management
  • Partnering with operations and head office leadership
  • Driving excellence in HR delivery across all business units
  • Leading and developing a team of five HR professionals


Experience:

  • CIPD qualified to Level 7 (minimum Level 5)
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law, policies, and statutory requirements
  • Significant HR experience at a senior level within hospitality (hotel experience is a plus)
  • A data-driven approach to HR decision-making
  • Experience managing HR budgets, payroll, and recruitment functions
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive mindset
