We’re working with a established and well reputed HR Consultancy who are now looking for an experienced Employment Law Consultant to come on board and support help clients through complex HR and employment law queries and challenges with clarity, confidence, and commercial edge.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s previously worked in a consultancy or advisory role, and wants to step into a position with ownership, variety, and real influence across a client base.

What you’ll be doing: Providing clear, strategic advice on all aspects of employment law to clients across varied sectors Handling client caseloads and offering practical guidance on disciplinary, grievance, TUPE, redundancies, and tribunal preparation Delivering commercially sound, best-practice advice and acting as a trusted partner Occasionally visiting clients on-site Collaborating with an ambitious, close-knit team
