The HR Business Partner duties:

• Champion cultural transformation in line with the group vision, values and behaviours which are demonstrated by leadership, supported by management and ‘felt’ by all • Create trusted relationships, to plan and develop, monitor, and measure the success of the overall People strategy, in line with the strategic direction of business • Advise and consult on all People matters and initiatives.
