Ashley Kate is pleased to be working with a leading national accountancy firm based in the Yorkshire region, currently on an exciting growth journey. As part of this, their People team is expanding, and they are now looking for a confident, hands-on Regional People Partner to help shape the function during this fast-paced period of transformation. This is a hybrid role, offering 2 days working from home and 3 days based in one of the Yorkshire offices, with travel to other sites in the region as required. The offices include Sheffield, Wakefield, Halifax, Preston and Burnley.

Salary: £55,000 – £65,000, dependent on experience.

This isn’t a business-as-usual position. With frequent M&A activity, a mix of legacy offices and newly acquired entities, and no HRIS currently in place, the team is actively building structure while delivering at pace. They are very much in need of someone that can confidently navigate the transformation period.

As Regional People Partner, you will support several offices across the East region, acting as a trusted advisor to local leadership. The role involves handling a broad range of people matters from managing complex employee relations cases, to embedding consistent frameworks around performance, competencies, and policies.
