They are scaling rapidly and value collaboration, pace, and a forward-thinking mindset.About the Job:This is a broad and hands-on HR Business Partner role supporting both strategic and operational initiatives across the organisation. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to deliver people-focused solutions that align with business goals, supporting everything from organisational design to talent planning and employee relations.Duties will include:Acting as a strategic advisor to leadership on people mattersLeading employee relations and conflict resolution activitiesSupporting workforce planning, compensation reviews, and succession strategiesManaging UK payroll processes and liaising with external employment partnersPartnering on recruitment, performance, and talent initiativesDriving DEI and L&D programmes across departmentsEnsuring compliance with employment law and HR policiesDelivering change and communications initiatives effectivelyAnalysing HR data to inform continuous improvementAbout the Successful Applicant:You will be CIPD Level 5 qualified (or degree equivalent) with over 5 years' experience in HR and at least 2 years at mid-senior level. A background in fast-paced, scale-up or start-up environments is key.
