International Bank based in London, are looking to recruit a HR Manager on an 18 month fixed term contract.
Responsibilities will include;
A key role in assisting with all issues relating to all aspects of an employee lifecycle Provide Core HR support on HR processes such as Performance Management, Compensation & Reward, Engagement, Succession and Workforce planning, Employee Relations, Learning & Development Employee Advisory within set policies and procedures Takes a lead on HR projects HR Support to Senior Management as instructed by Head of HR - UK Day to Day HR operational activities
To be considered for this position, ideal candidates must have the following experience and skills;
Minimum of 5 years HR experience in a corporate office environment CIPD Level 5 Qualified Essential Experience in dealing with employee relation issues Strong minute taking skill set Must operate with a high level of integrity and discretion Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times Excellent timekeeping discipline and strong work ethics Good interpersonal skills and an able team player Strong written and verbal communication skills and a professional manner both over the telephone and face to face Ab...
