With operations spanning multiple locations, this company is known for its professional services and commitment to high standards. About the Job

This role will support the delivery of operational HR services across the full employee lifecycle, both in the UK and internationally. Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partners, the HR Advisor will play a key role in coaching line managers, overseeing employee relations cases, and supporting strategic HR initiatives. My client is looking for someone who has worked in the professional services industry.


Duties will include:

  • Partnering with line managers on all aspects of employee development and people management
  • Advising on complex HR matters and managing escalations effectively
  • Supporting performance, compensation, and development processes
  • Managing ER cases to ensure compliance with employment legislation
  • Working with the HR Assistant on recruitment and contractual documentation
  • Contributing to L&D initiatives and sourcing training providers
  • Assisting with TUPE and acquisition integration processes
  • Ensuring HR systems data is accurate and up to date
  • Supporting delivery of change programmes and global HR projects
  • About the Successful Applicant

    You will ideally be CIPD qualified or studying towards your level 5. You will be a established HR Advisor with a broad HR generalist experience in a multi-site setting. Strong UK employment law knowledge, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities are essential. Experience in global organisations is advantageous.
