We are supporting our client in recruiting an experienced and forward-thinking HR Advisor to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering a high-quality employee experience.

You will partner closely with managers across the organisation, offering practical HR guidance and addressing employee relations matters at an early stage. The role will suit someone who is confident advising across the full employee lifecycle and committed to promoting positive workplace practices.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary HR contact for managers and staff queries
• Provide clear, practical advice on policies, procedures, and employment terms
• Support the early resolution of employee relations issues
• Guide and coach managers to enhance their leadership and decision-making skills
• Manage and support formal processes including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and capability cases
• Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
• Ensure accurate and timely HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle
• Support wider HR projects and strategic initiatives

About you:

• Demonstrable experience in a generalist HR Advisor role
• Strong track record of handling complex employee relations cases from start to finish
• Up-to-date understanding of employment law and HR best practice
• Ability to interpret policies and apply sound judgement
• Comfortable using HR systems and digital tools
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships
