Key duties and responsibilities for this HR position:


HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
  • Drafting contracts, policies, and assisting with benefits administration.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for new starters and leavers.

Talent Acquisition Support

  • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications.
  • Post job adverts and manage applications through our ATS.
  • Support hiring managers with recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Employee Experience

  • Help organize engagement initiatives, events, training and guest speakers.
  • Respond to employee queries promptly and professionally.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
  • Assist with producing HR reports and metrics for leadership.

Internal Communications

  • Draft and distribute internal announcements and updates.
  • Support the creation of engaging content for internal channels
  • Collaborate with managers to ensure consistent messaging across teams.
  • Working with our data team to enhance our automation and AI tools to effectively reflect HR policies


The Ideal background & experience

  • Previous experience in HR administration across the employee lifecycle.
  • Qualifications relating to HR/CIPD qualification not mandatory but would be highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems. Experience with ATS and using Sharepoint would be highly beneficial
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships at all levels
  • Proactive, delivery-focused, and effective in dynamic, change-driven environments
  • Mature, professional and ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity


Salary and Benefits

  • Depending on experience, we are looking at a salary of £35k-£40k
