We are seeking a Hull Engineer for a 6-month assignment, based in Leatherhead, Surrey

Key Responsibilities / Skills

• Offshore / Hull / Naval Architect / Structural Engineer with minimum experience of 10 years
• Excellent technical and practical engineering skills with an ability to consistently deliver quality, accurately and on schedule.
• Under general supervision, be responsible for performing global and partial analysis of FPSO hull structures, carrying out design of scantlings, bulkheads, living quarters and topside module support stools.
• Detailed knowledge of SESAM Genie is required as well as previous experience of using Nauticus Hull.
• Knowledge of latest revisions of DNV Rules and standards & NORSOK codes is a must.
• Previous experience of working on FPSO hulls in harsh water environments is necessary.
• Knowledge of undertaking stochastic fatigue analysis to DNV standards is an advantage.
• Recent Equinor experience would be an advantage.
