We have an exciting opportunity for a HSE Manager to join our Management Team at Pilgrim's Europe, Ashbourne, supporting and driving the Site in Health, Safety and Environmental performance.

Location - Ashbourne

Working Hours - Monday to Friday office hours, with flexibility

This is a management role within our Poultry Business Unit, being part of the Leadership structure on Health, Safety and Environment practices, compliance and governance.

The purpose of the role is to instil ownership and accountability across all functions by embedding Go For Zero HSE business standards, by carrying out regular inspections.

Key Responsibilities: Be a champion for all operations in a safe & sustainable manner every day.
Lead by example and promote safety as a condition across all functions.
Advise, guide and coach management on all matters relating to environmental standards, and health & safety.
Support the development, deployment and engagement of the HSE strategy for the business that aligns to the overall site goals, strategy & objectives
Roll out HSE tools provided by the Central function in line with our Go For Zero Strategy and upskill the team
