Our leading marine client is currently looking for a HSE manager to work across the Solent region. The successful Health Safety Environmental manager will be required to carry out the following range of duties: * Lead, manage and continually improve all health, safety and environmental acitivities across site. * Develop, implement, and maintain H&S policies and procedures. * Lead and review COSH and risk assesments. * Lead accident and incident investigations * Manage contractor H&S compliance including review of documentation. * Develop and deliver toolbox talks. * Maintain and develop the environmental management systems * Monitor environmental aspects and impacts, including waste, emissions, discharges and energy useage. * Maintain and continually improve the Intergrated management system. * Promote and maintain a positive safety culture across all sites This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and market leading company.
