I have recently teamed up with a specialist in housing development and construction.
This diverse team have recently started their search for a HSE Compliance Manager. You will ensure that the company is consistently meeting high-quality standards, complying with regulations, and improving its internal systems.
You are the go-to person for anything related to ISO standards, audits, and internal processes.
Responsabilities:
Perform internal audits aligned with various ISO standards
Oversee and ensure timely resolution of non-conformance reports.
Coordinate with external certification and compliance organizations.
Conduct regular visits to operational sites, offices, and facilities as needed.
Assist in the continuous development and upkeep of management systems and organizational policies.
Maintain compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and corporate standards.
Experience:
Strong experience in a similar role/industry
Experience across health, safety, quality, environment and sustainability
Skilled in designing and implementing internal policies
Contributed to behavioural change initiatives related to HSEQ and sustainability
Experience managing quality assurance and regulatory compliance systems
Knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with integrated management systems
