HSE Advisor

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the Health & Safety Management System.
Lead risk assessments, incident/accident investigations and safety reporting.
Conduct site walkarounds, inspections, toolbox talks and promote proactive safety culture.
Oversee occupational health, fire safety, PPE, COSHH, DSE and manual handling compliance.
Support the Environmental Management System, waste management and legislation adherence.
Assist with internal and external HSE audits and non-conformance closure.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a Health, Safety & Environment advisory role.
NEBOSH Certificate (minimum) or IOSH-approved qualification.
Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills.
Ability to interpret legislation and influence effectively across all levels.
Desirable Experience:
Background within aviation, engineering or a technical environment.
Degree in H&S, risk, engineering, construction or similar.
Training qualification.
Additional Requirements:
DBS check required and eligibility for SC clearance.
Must meet Export Compliance requirements.
Current right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
