Our specialist client is currently recruiting a HSE Advisor to support the EH&S Manager and wider EH&S department in communicating and driving a culture of continuous improvement throughout the company. Responsibilities Liaise with a range of business functions and departments as necessary to ensure that Company activities are undertaken in accordance with the EH&S policy and relevant regulatory requirements Assist in promoting a high level of awareness of EH&S compliance requirements throughout the Company Assist in developing and implementing effective EH&S management systems and in identifying areas for improvement Lead in developing and implementing EH&S related policies, procedures, risk assessments, reports, work instructions and in the drafting of training materials Lead in the co-ordination of EH&S internal audits, actions and recommendations in conjunction with the wider EH&S department Provide technical advice, coaching and assistance to all fellow associates as required to support the effective day-to-day management of business risk and sustainment of EH&S compliance.
