An exciting and brand-new permanent opportunity for a People/HR Advisor role to join a rapidly growing and highly successful Energy/Data and Tech company located in Surrey.
You will possess your CIPD level 5 qualification and ideally possess around two years’ experience working within a SME sized organisation working with all aspects of Human resources, having experience of the full life-cycle. If you are looking to progress your HR career further, there will be plenty of opportunity to do so!
You will be accountable for the quality standards, volume and timeliness of HR generalist support and responsibilities within and fast paced and changing environment. The key duties will be; employee relations, salary review/change letters, managing and on-boarding of new starters, overseeing probation processes and supporting team managers.
Monitoring absence level thresholds, managing the parental leave process and although this isn't a recruitment role, you will be required to work closely with the Recruitment Advisor and to support and step in to assist when required. Regularly liaising with the payroll department and always being available to staff members and team managers.
Providing research, analysis and working to ISO HR standards and procedures, making recommendations as appropriate.
