About the role This is your chance to lead the future of our HR systems at Girlguiding. We're not building software from scratch—we’re working with trusted third-party providers (like CIPHR) to create a seamless, user-friendly experience for our teams. Your job? Make sure those systems deliver. You’ll be the go-to expert for our digital HR tools—representing the needs of the HR team, shaping how our systems are configured, and working with suppliers to drive meaningful improvements. You’ll make sure our platforms are inclusive, accessible, and aligned with the values that make Girlguiding so special. This is more than a systems role—it’s about putting people first, solving problems creatively, and helping Girlguiding thrive.
