If so, we are looking for a HR Systems and Data Coordinator to come onboard and join our HR team at SCG in Dummer, Basingstoke. You will have two main areas of responsibility HRIS (Cascade) Subject Matter Expert (SME) and HR Generalist, being the remote HR Generalist responsible for one or more of the regional offices where there is no embedded HR Designate. Responsibilities: Drive independent understanding of the new HR system Train the HR team on the use of the system and create train the trainer training materials for the wider HR team to be able to train employees in the regional offices. Create workflows to automate processes, taking the existing Teams forms and process flows and replicating these in Cascade. Be the first point of contact for employees at the designated office.
