HR & Recruitment Co-ordinator

Based in Stockport / Hybrid Working

About The Role

Working as part of a friendly, proactive HR team you will support on every aspect of HR and Recruitment administration. You will be responsible for:

Co-ordinating all recruitment and onboarding activity including advertising roles, arranging interviews, creating offers of employment, carrying out pre-employment checks and arranging induction.

Maintaining the HR System (UKG) and processing all starters, leavers and contract changes.

Providing reports to measure and track key HR metrics.

Being the note taker at formal investigation meetings.

Supporting HR Administration across the full employee life cycle.

Carrying out exit interviews and analysing trends.

About You

We are looking for an organised and personable administrator who is passionate about providing a great service. You will already have proven experience of either recruitment or HR administration. Excellent interpersonal skills and IT skills are also key.
