HR & Recruitment Administrator - Bournemouth | Temp | £13.93 per hour
We're seeking a proactive HR & Recruitment Administrator to support a busy HR team in Bournemouth. This is an ongoing temporary role with potential to become permanent, requiring an immediate start.
Key Duties
Support recruitment: advertising roles, managing applications, coordinating interviews, and onboarding
Administer HR processes including contracts, absence tracking, and payroll updates
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance (including DBS checks)
Coordinate staff absences and training requirements
Provide general administrative support
Requirements
Previous admin experience (HR/recruitment desirable)
Strong organisation and communication skills
Confident with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Reliable, flexible, and able to work to deadlines
Details
Monday-Friday, 08:30am-3:30pm
£13.93 per hour
