Are you a hands-on HR professional with project delivery experience? My client is a proud UK manufacturer. The business is undergoing a transformative HR journey and is now looking for an HR Generalist with project implementation experience to support the delivery of a new HRIS and modernise core HR processes. Reporting to the newly appointed Head of HR, this role is ideal for an experienced HR Generalist who is confident working across the employee lifecycle while leading the planning and rollout of key people projects, including digital HR transformation.

Lead the implementation of a new HRIS (experience with ADP highly desirable) Design and document new HR processes for digital rollout Manage end-to-end project plans, milestones, risks, and reporting Engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success Monitor project performance, share insights, and support a culture of continuous improvement Act as a change ambassador, building trust and clarity across the organisation HR Project Specialist Experience, Skills, Qualifications
